Casting machine

These equipments is suitable for casting billet or ingot of aluminum and aluminum alloy. We research and developed bar bus horizontal casting machine, outer guided hydraulic casting machine, inner guided hydraulic casting machine since 1996,especially inner guided hydraulic casting machine’s cylinder adopt Hunger two way inner guided cylinder from Germany, hydraulic system equipped with hydraulic oil temperature adjuster and hydraulic oil filtration system and emergent circuit. All hydraulic components adopt Bosch-Rextroth products. The flowing gauge adopt German wesch gear flowing gauge. The electrical control system adopt SIEMENS S7-300 serial PLC and MP370 touch screen, and utilize front end unit monitor casting machine’s operation and parameters of modification and memory.
